The Monamour Natural Design Organic Wall is the first thing you saw when you visited the XX Edition of Casa Decor (International Design Fair).

The Green Cathedral is a tribute to Nature.

When we were selected to create the new auditorium in the XX Edition of Casa Decor, we decided to take the chance of following a dream: create an ephemeral but multi-sensorial organic architecture.  It had to attempt to recalibrate the senses and reconsider time. It had to celebrate the joy of natural life. It had to be open to everyone.

The Green Cathedral was a place, a series of places, a philosophy, a feeling, a mind-set, a movement, a contemplative space. During the period of The International Fair, the Green cathedral has become a location for conferences, workshops and seminars, presentations and meetings of all kinds.

Thanks to the collaboration with the architect and artist Claudia Bonollo, Monamour Natural Design has created an exclusive research brand that embodies natural and organic elements with an almost endless array of combinations.

These experimentations are meant to innovate the use of the “green” and its languages, exploring the limits of the materials in use.

The Green Cathedral also represents a tribute to the human being: in the rose windows for example Claudia Bonollo created 7 semi-transparent digital images which were cartographies of the human body: human cells in the act of blooming.

Monamour Natural Design has always had a keen interest in research and innovation; each project becomes a unique piece which combines art, design and architecture with nature. “Green” is not only a mere decorative element for indoor landscapes but it is turned into a multi-purpose organic installation that can be adapted to different and various functions, for the joy of our prospective customers.

Custom-made modular organic compositions of flat moss and moss ball, and a wide variety of preserved plants, that change according to the project, the space and/or sensitivity and customer tastes: ferns, eucalyptus, amaranthus, ivy, etc. in order to achieve the desired three-dimensional and natural effect.

We compose gardens adapted to the installation’s spaces combining the colours with their spatial context, in harmony with the environment.

What it always interested us is a multimedia installation, the architecture as a possibility to construct sensitive spaces that assemble natural, artistic and sensorial elements. Our work consists in converting space into something more, a sensitive place. It’s not simply filling spaces with green, but giving them a real content. Our green spaces reinforce contemplation, soothe your soul and develop feelings of well-being. We create very different environments using our imagination and organic material, warm and sensual sites, thematic spaces, dream worlds.

“Monamour Natural Design products are nature itself, in all its splendour, energy and vitality of inhabitable spaces. Edited by Denis Broduriès and designed by Claudia Bonollo, they offer a wide-array of artistic applications, made with moss, ferns and leaves, travelling across natural and primitive spaces…” Marcelo Leslabay, contemporary design critic
