PINACOTHÈQUE STELLAIRE
DE-SIDERA: From Cells to Stars
Desire is an imaginal force.
Triptych

Curatorial Text
PINACOTHÈQUE STELLAIRE transforms microscopic cellular worlds into imaginary constellations, revealing hidden correspondences between the infinitely small and the infinitely vast.
The title DE-SIDERA recalls the ancient origin of desiderium: not simply the absence of the stars, but the movement towards them. Here, desire is understood as an imaginal force, capable of transforming perception and opening new paths of knowledge.
Inspired by the words of Paracelsus, who wrote that every human being is an astrum and must learn to be born in the star, these works invite us to imagine the cosmos not as something distant, but as a dimension already present within ourselves.
Rather than representing the cosmos, these artworks reactivate it. They do not illustrate desire; they embody it.
The stars are no longer distant celestial bodies, but conditions of possibility. In every composition, in every chromatic vibration, the same question quietly emerges:
What does it mean to learn to be born in the star?
Perhaps, in that gesture, desire ceases to be absence and becomes origin.
